FA/Bursar responsive

I have to say, reading another RPI parent’s experience with FA and the Bursar’s office made me worried.

But my son had billing and FA issues, and the people I spoke with were very nice and very responsive, both to me and to him. It’s possible we just got to the right people, but I wanted to note that we had good luck with the administrative offices regarding the billing. They actually explained some things to me that I was not aware of, that will probably prevent future phone calls to them.

YMMV :slight_smile: but we were pleasantly surprised.

I have had only positive experiences also. One reason I encouraged my son to choose RPI over his other top choice was the availability of staff to answer all kinds of questions. He is a senior and we have never had any problems.
