<p>I'm a freshman right now in college. I remember last year that this was about the time when I started to apply for FA. I go to a school that require both CSS and FAFSA. When should I start the CSS and FAFSA this year for next year's FA?</p>
<p>Check your schools website or contact the FA office. FA is usually after Jan 1.</p>
<p>FA for fr is generally earlier than for continuing students, but like capenn says, go to the primary source, the FA website for your school, and they will give dates</p>
