FA Package Accept/Decline Grayed Out

For some reason the two columns for accept/decline are not able to be clicked, but I have clicked the submit button and it has said "submission successful" or something similar to that but I have not even checked out that I would be applying for the work-study or the loans even though I want to do this. And the weird thing is that I have not received any e-mail from NYU about needing verification for my FAFSA so I have no idea what is going on.

mindfreak, I do not know about the technological issues that are involved in your question.

I want to respond to the last statement made by you. NYU only requests verification for FAFSA by a limited number of students. I know because I called the FA office and asked if I would have to send in documents given some major changes in our financial situation and I was told only a small number of students have to verify with additional documents. The gentleman looked up my son’s file and told me he was not on their short list for verification.

You should call the NYU FA office tomorrow regarding your follow up issues after clicking the submit button.

We were verified. We received emails and snail mail letters requesting additional information in October last year. Call FA. I don’t think that FA will be asking for additional information at the present time. They have their hands full with FAFSAs of incoming and current students.

Yes, the FAFSA report said that my school could decide to verify, but I have received no snail mail or e-mail from NYU so I’m guessing they are not going to since it is already May, although I will still call the FA office because my albert doesn’t seem to let me check or uncheck anything.
