this thread is only for yall to post if ur FA summary shows incomplete or complete... mine nd my buddy's shows complete... i believe some of yall have incomplete also... so yea

mine is complete.

wat does incomplete nd comple indicate?

mine is incomplete; the error says:

FAFSA RECD FROM CENTRAL PROC Completed 4-17-2009
ESTIMATED TAX STATUS ON FAFSA Not Received

i may have made a booboo when i updated my fafsa and said i will file taxes, even though i filed them months ago. i fixed this on fafsa just now.

mine shows incomplete… but corrected my fafsa last friday night

it has to do with you / your parents’ 2008 tax info.
if you filed FAFSA already having filed taxes, it should show ‘complete’.

Mine says “CITIZEN MISMATCH.”

My brother says that has to do with the fact that I have to mail them a copy of my U.S. passport . . . (I am a citizen but wasn’t born here – came to the U.S. when I was about 4.)

Does that sound right, do you think?

I filed FAFSA having NOT already filed taxes and it shows ‘complete’. I did though get an email like a day after applying for aid saying that unless I made some big mistake on the application I wouldn’t get anything.

mine is complete

mine was indeed a booboo; a few weeks ago i updated fafsa and accidently changed from “taxes filed” to “will file”; ucla must have downloaded this version. i just fixed it, so all should be well.

i’m 32, so pretty sure my parents aren’t involved (gosh, i wish they’d pay for my education).

Mine says complete, however, I did not put that my parents already filed taxes, because they did not.
