Goddess, where you at the culture tech class at ESP the night before CPW?
You where one of the first MIT people I saw!
I might be wrong though

whoa, this is a small small world..

mwahaha. yeah, you met me in esg; and don't be afraid to flaunt your skillz, since everyone knows that's what facebook's made for, anyway.
is still amused by current frosh who vividly remember meeting her at their cpw

and no, ben, i don't have you blocked specifically...but i guess you count as an admin? i don't think i show up to them. Damn the Man!

Nope, I'm just a normal dude on facebook. DAMN! This is driving me crazy. After all this stalking I know more about you than I ever wanted to know, and yet I still can't find you on FRIGGIN' FACEBOOK!

I just suck.

:-)

that is strange, you should be able to see me. well, there are many convoluted methods of tracking me down. or you could just let it go and stop worrying about it. i mean, i'm just a bum who should be studying for finals, or something.

although part of me is curious about what you have found, and how much of it uses your leet admin connections, and what of it is just straightforward net tracking.

Bwahahahaha.

slinks away

Ben, if it helps any, she isn't listed in the facebook under her real name. I assume you don't know her most common alias, but it should be rather easy to figure out.

Thanks dainerussell. Yeah, I know who she is, I just can't find any combo of anything that works. And now I feel ridiculous because I don't really care this much, but the thrill of the hunt is driving me insane. DAMN the facebook. :-)

Anyway CB if you maybe want a job next year hit me back offline.

One way to go about it: who do you know on facebook that would know her?

you! now a cursory bit of effort tells me who you are, ms. dainerussell. i know where you live, missy. stop giving him hints, that's so not fair. ;)

grins the amusing-ness of this thread was enough that I just had to post, even in the midst of finals. Speaking of which, done with 5.12 & 5.60! 2 down, 2 more to go.

What's even more amusing is that I lurked on this board when I was a hs senior, and remember your username from back then because you were quite helpful--you and TR. Small world.

I don't really see how Ben can't find you on facebook with all the information he already has. Dainerussell shouldn't need to give any more hints.

And I also remember goddess's username from when I lurked on this board as a hs senior, but I somehow didn't make the connection between her username and her in real life until surprisingly late.

makes some guesses..........oh. dear. well, that makes sense now.
out of curiosity, aside from those i've explicitly met and those who've commented to that effect on this thread, how many people on this board have connected me to me? bonus points for prefrosh who suspect or know they met me at cpw.

i think i might have met you. you were helping us get to baker house, and then you talked to my friend who was deciding between mit and hahhvahhd and then the next day you waved at her before battle of the bands...was that you?

Also out of curiosity, to the current MIT students out there, where do you live? I sense a lot of east campus types out there.

i was showing people how to get to baker house, but i don't remember your friend specifically (i probably talked to a lot of folks about harvard vs mit) and was nowhere near battle of the bands, as i recall. i probably had friends there, since the hong kong regulars (a haus band) were playing, and they're bloody awesome.

I'm sort of interested in how people managed to figure out the "find goddess" puzzle in 10 seconds or less.

I mean, I found you, but I used information gleaned from websites outside CC, which I consider cheating. Without cheating I think it would be difficult.

oh gods. sigh
i don't exist on websites outside of CC. don't encourage them, mollieb!

Haha, I should have kept my mouth shut. At least I didn't name my source... ;)

Ahem, well, goddess, I'm a parent who realized after an exchange with you here that I'd met you at CPW, and even managed to get you to remember me (mostly). Are there parental bonus points for that, especially since I don't even get access to facebook?

points to <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/member.php?userid=4617">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/member.php?userid=4617</a></em></p>

points to <a href="http://mit.thefacebook.com/search.php?show_advanced=1">http://mit.thefacebook.com/search.php?show_advanced=1</a></em></p>

you can do it!
hopefully that wasn't to much of a hint....

and yes thank you..."Goddess", for being one of the first MIT students I saw!
culture tech was awesome(I still have the arrowhead!).
