<p>Your FAFSA report comes a few days after you file it, no matter when you file it. It is a report based on the information you file with them.</p>
<p>Do you mean the FAFSA SAR, that just shows your information plus projected EFC, that you get when you have finished FAFSA? Or do you mean the FA offer from your school?</p>
<p>The SAR will be based on when you submitted FAFSA.</p>
<p>The FA award will depend where you are in line when your school is processing FA awards. Every school will vary. At our school the FA awards are processed in order of the date the students filed FAFSA. So someone filing January 15th will get an offer before someone filing FAFSA January 30th. </p>
<p>Also check that you have not been asked to provide verification data by the school. We had one school who requested this by snail mail and another that just posted it online and you had to check every day. FA awards may not be made until you have submitted data requested by the school (they were not at our 2 schools anyway).</p>
