<p>Hi, so my FAFSA was processed, according to my account, and I used the correction option and deleted all my 10 schools and add my 11th school and sent it again. The problem was that when I check my schools' account, none shows that my FAFSA has been processed. Should I be worried? Will my correction replace the form that I submit previously? Srry if this does sound somehow stupid, but I jst need clarification. thanx</p>
<p>No, the original data file has been sent to your schools and they will download and process it according to their own internal schedules. It can take some time for them to update the status that you’re viewing. Just try to be patient…you’ve already done what you can do.</p>
<p>If your schools have a Feb.1 deadline I would think they’d be downloading FAFSA’s with estimated $. So if that is your deadline I would check with school(s) to see if they think this is normal (they may just be starting the process). If your deadlines are further out this may just be a normal delay as they aren’t downloading FAFSA yet (as was the case with my D’s school last week when I checked).</p>
