Today I got an admission from UC Irvine. I want to add UCI and UCSB also into my FAFSA list.
How can I do that ? (I've already got my SAR)</p>
<p>In the FAFSA homepage, do I click on the step 3 add or delete a school code button? But it says that "Your FAFSA information will not be sent to any school that you delete from your application"</p>
<p>How could I do this??

<p>It's OK to delete schools after you've gotten your SAR, be sure to read this ENTIRE thread:</p>
<p>so if you have 10+ schools, and have sent corrections to 10 schools, do you add/delete for the extra schools, or do you send another set of corrections with the extra schools?</p>
<p>Here is what I did for 12 schools. </p>
<p>Entered financial info and names of 10 schools, submitted FAFSA. Waited for Processing/SAR (they send you an email when it is processed). Then deleted the 10, added 2, and submitted again. Received another confirmation of processing.</p>
<p>In Feb., after taxes done, put the first 10 back on, submitted update. Waited for processing/SAR email. Then deleted the 10, added the 2, and submitted update second time. Received processing/SAR email.</p>
<p>I believe this was the correct thing to do. I called FAFSA twice, got slightly different stories, but was essentially told that if you wait until after processing, it is OK to delete schools. The data is there for them to access...</p>

<p>I'm new to all of this... Why do you need to delete colleges from your fafsa list? Are the financial pkgs different for every school regardless of the number of schools that you apply to? Sorry if this is stupid, but I just don't know.</p>
<p>The limit for the 2008-2009 FAFSA is 10 schools, and some students want to investigate financial aid for more than 10 schools.</p>
