Hi!
I'm a "greencard" holder (US permanent resident), but I grew up in Taiwan and am a citizen here. I've filed all my applications to the 10 colleges I'm applying to, and now im trying to get started on my FAFSA. However, I'm really confused by their description of the eligibility for applying for it, here's what they say on the website:
In order to receive Federal Student Aid there are requirements.
The following is a list of some of the requirements:
-You must be a United States citizen or eligible noncitizen of the United States with a valid Social Security Number;
-You must have a high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) certificate, or pass an approved "ability to benefit" test;
-You must enroll in an eligible program as a regular student seeking a degree or certificate

I've always thought I'm no doubt eligible for applying, but when filling out the blanks, I realized that for the "address" part, they dont even have an international option for it. I have finished my CSS file long time ago without much difficulty. So?? I'd call them right now if it weren't for the time difference....thanks guys for anything u know bout this matter!!!
