UC Davis is required by federal regulations to request additional documents (e.g., tax returns, verification worksheet) to verify the information on your FAFSA.The deadline to submit verification documents is July 15th, 2010.We cannot disburse financial aid until all verification documentation requirements are satisfied (under “action required”). You will not be able to accept any offered Financial Aid until after verification is completed.Unsatisfied requirements and late or missing documents may affect the types and amounts of aid offered, and will delay disbursement and/or cancellation of funds."</p>

<p>I was wondering what I needed to send and who to send it to... =/

"Financial Aid Waitlist Offer: This Preliminary Financial Aid Estimate is Contingent upon Admission to UC Davis Click for more info."</p>

<p>that i was put on the waiting list...but I was granted acceptance.</p>

<p>Is there a financial aid self-help tab in your student account for the school (most schools have them)? You would find the outstanding requirements there. If you don’t have a student account, just call the financial aid office & ask them what you need to submit. Most likely, it’s tax returns for you & your parents (nonfiler statements if you/parents didn’t file), W2’s (unless you didn’t work, of course), and a dependent verification worksheet. These items can vary by school, though, so do make sure what they want. The address should be on the website’s financial aid homepage. </p>

<p>As far as the waiting list goes, you can ask about that, too, when you call.</p>
