I have a question for the household question on the FAFSA. Do I include my older sister, who lives along with me and my other family even though she filed for taxes as independent?

She is 22 and earned 15k during 2014.
Your sister is included as a member of your household if your parents will provide more than half of her support from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 or if she can answer “No” to every question in FAFSA questions 46–58.

If your sister earned 15k your parents would have to provide at least $ 15,001 on support for her
Food, clothes, housing, health insurance, transportation, etc. - how much do your parents and sister pay for these for her?
