FAFSA: How many PIN number needed?

How many FAFSA pin number should I have to complete the FAFSA for 2011-2012 academic year?

I have my oldest who will be a senior and my second who will be a freshman for the 2011-2012 academic year. Do I need a PIN number for each child when completing the FAFSA?

If I need two PIN numbers, I guess I better apply for my second child.

Thanks for your help.

Each student must have their own PIN. The PIN is linked to the individual’s name, SSN, and birthday. The student PIN is used to sign that student’s FAFSA.

The parent only needs one PIN (and can only have one PIN). it can be used to sign the parent part of FAFSA.

I guess I better logon and get a PIN for my second child.
