<p>If you can’t access, you can always click the help button on the start page for FAFSA. They are very nice and helpful.</p>
<p>I think the online help is offline on Sundays/federal holidays.

<p>I’m having the same problem on my mac. i cleared my cache but nothing. on chrome it lets me input the name, ssn, and dob, then i click next and it times me out. wth!!</p>

<p>I noticed it was acting buggy for me, when I posted today at CC, too.</p>
<p>They are so amazing at the FAFSA help line. I chatted with them about a question for a student and got an answer that made sense. They are awesome!</p>
