<p>I sent the prescription slips from the pharmacy too. Sorry I didn't post that initially. I didn't send the pharmacy receipts, just the perforated slip that comes with the medicine and gives name, prescription, co pay etc. Ours are only about an 1" tall and so I could copy many of them on one page.</p>

<p>For our prescriptions we were able to get a print out from the pharmacy listing all our charges for the year.</p>
