<p>For the first time ever, ALL students who receive Bright Futures must fill out the FAFSA every year. I assume this is the first step in Governor Scott making BF need-based rather than merit-based.</p>
<p>Last year one in three students receiving BF did NOT fill out the FAFSA, so if you are one of those make sure you log in and complete FAFSA soon so as not to delay your disbursement.</p>
