<p>The paper version I beleive is still avaiable, however the online version is so much faster as it is processed in a matter of 2 to 3 business days vs doing everything by snail mail. If you have to do any changes, it could take approx 1 week to 10 days depending on the mail</p>
<p>It's much more convenient (for most people) to do it online, faster processing time, no postage, etc</p>
