<p>If your Mom is a legal resident with a SSN she can get a PIN - it is just you that has to be a citizen. A parent PIN is required to sign and submit FAFSA electronically. If she cannot get one you can submit FAFSA by mail though this will take longer.</p>

<p>hmmm…bot of my parents are not lega residents…they dont live here in the states…and because they dont have ssn…they cant make pin…</p>
