I have completed my fafsa and sent it. I got the conformation email and the processed successfully email. About 5 days later i got sent a email saying: Action Required - Submit Your 2014-2015 FAFSA. So i logged in and checked but my acount says that it was processed already. I decided to add another school and resend it and the same thing happend. Do i contact fafsa about it?

The emails you are are getting that say action required are from FAFSA?

yes the email adress is FederalStudentAidFAFSA@cpsemail.ed.gov

I don’t know then. If you got your processed SAR back each time you should be set. Are you sure you signed and submitted it each time with both your and your parent’s PIN and didn’t just update it? If you login to FAFSA now what does it say the status is?

Are you sure you have submitted the 2014-2015 form, not the 2013-2014 form? I know some students click the wrong tab and submitted the wrong one.

I logged on and yes i have submitted the 2014-2015 form and the status says Processes Successfully its also not allowing me to view my SAR

What error do you get viewing the SAR? Do you have any deadlines approaching? You could wait and see if anyone else is experiencing this problem and replies but if not, call fafsa tomorrow.

it dosnt show me anything i type in my pin and it leads me back to the welcome page

Yeah, I think you should call fafsa. Up to you if you want to wait awhile to see if anyone else replies. Post back if you do call.

ok i think its best to call fafsa thank you for your help

I am guessing you can’t see your SAR now because the latest changes you made are not yet processed - the original SAR is processed, but you just added a school & now it has to process that. You should be able to see it in a day or two.

The OP said the same thing happened the second time which I took to mean both getting the processed email and getting another action required email, but maybe not.

Allow pop-ups for the site.
If you try to open SAR and it takes you back to same page, your browser may not be allowing pop-ups from the site. Look at the top of your browser window as you click to open the SAR and see if you get a strip that says “pop-ups blocked”…with an ‘options’ button to the right. Click on ‘options’ and you can allow popups for the site.
