<p>What state are you in? Are you getting a diploma in that state that meets the rigorous program requirements for the state? Check here: <a href=“http://www2.ed.gov/admins/finaid/about/ac-smart/2009/state-programs-09.html[/url]”>http://www2.ed.gov/admins/finaid/about/ac-smart/2009/state-programs-09.html</a>. 2010 isn’t there yet, so you’ll need to check 2009. If you don’t qualify, check the DoD requirements … if you don’t meet the state requirements, but you meet the DoD requirements, you’d qualify that way.</p>
<p>In the end, though, your school actually makes the determination based on your final high school transcript. So don’t worry if you aren’t 100% sure.</p>
