FAFSA Questions - More than 10 schools, updating

<p>Okay, so I filled out my FAFSA with projected 2012 totals using our 2011 tax forms. </p>

<p>I sent it to Case and Ohio State, and I received an e-mail confirming its processing on the 10th. I wasn't sure how to add schools or what I should do at the time, so I just left it. Soon after, I added 8 more schools (filling the maximum of 10) and received a "FAFSA Correction Processed Successfully" e-mail on the 14th. I have more schools to apply to.</p>

<p>-Some schools have Feb. 1st deadlines. Some have later deadlines.
-My dad will likely have hid tax forms for 2012 filed before Feb. 1st.</p>

<p>So in short: How do I know when schools have received the FAFSA after I correct it (by changing the schools) and submit? Am I just supposed to wait 3-5 days, and hope that's enough time for them to get it? I read the other thread about avoiding their FAFSA mistakes but it seemed inconclusive. </p>

<p>Further, after I update the FAFSA, so I have to resubmit it to all of the schools I'm applying to? Or will it automatically update for them?</p>

<p>Any help or clarification would be appreciated. </p>

<p>So as soon as I receive the e-mail from FAFSA saying it’s been processed, the schools have it?</p>

<p>Also, when I update the FAFSA, so I have to re-send it to all of the schools?</p>
