so i was able to check my sar summary online by punching in info and my pin number, however i did not receive paper version by mail. it said in the booklet it will take 10 days for the paper version to come by mail, however it is a little over 2 weeks late.
what should i do?

I honestly don't know how to answer this. We have never received a SAR in the snail mail. We have only gotten it online...we have always submitted the FAFSA online. I wonder if only those who mail their FAFSAs get the SAR in the snail mail. Perhaps someone else knows?

I haven't received a paper SAR via snail mail for the last 4 years...you can always call the Processing Center and request one by mail or you can check the electronic version of the SAR. To call them, call 1-800-433-3243.

What my understanding of the SAR is that a notification is sent via e-mail that the SAR is available at their website, and that a paper SAR would only be sent IF there is no e-mail address provided.

Quick edit, yes, I am correct. This is exactly what it says on the FAFSA confirmation:

If you provided a valid e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail notification with instructions on how to access an online copy of your 2007-2008 SAR. You can also print a copy by selecting the View and Print Your Student Aid Report option under the FAFSA Follow-up section of the home page.

If you did not provide an e-mail address, we will mail you a paper 2007-2008 SAR.

thank you so very much everyone! Thank you"just"aMom!
