<p>We completed the FAFSA on Saturday and we were waiting for our son's PIN to be verified. We got the verification Tuesday. I asked my husband to take one final look tonight before we hit "submit" and IT'S GONE! The whole thing. Not one piece of information saved.</p>

<p>Yes, it happened to us when my D re-applied the pin after she failed to enter the password to acknowledge the pin assignment she applied for the first time.
We had to re-entered everything.</p>
<p>Did DDs last week and got logged out waiting for info to fill out on one page, when I went back in it was all gone so just started from scratch & got a confirmation email. But this week I got a FAFSA email telling me I still needed to submit, it makes me think that first one is floating out there somewhere, so give them a call, see if they can find it.</p>
