May I please have a copy? Thank you!

How is this different then using the EFC calculator on the College Board?

@collegemom9

Our EFC calculator uses the same official DOE formulas and tables used by FAFSA.

I do not know if the CollegeBoard uses the same official DOE formulas and tables used by FAFSA or uses generalized assumptions like other EFC estimators.

Joe

Hello, may I have a copy of the spreadsheet. Thank you.

@joecoletta yes. The College Board EFC calculator yields the same results as the FAFSA does.

Would like a copy of this spreadsheet. Thanks, @joecoletta !

@collegemom9

I reviewed my older messages and found two members who compared (i) the CollegeBoard EFC calculator, (ii) FAFSA, and (iii) our EFC [Calculator] and Pell Grant Estimator*, and found identical results for the EFC amongst all three.

Have you compared our EFC [Calculator] and Pell Grant Estimator to the other two, and if so, what were your results?

Thanks!

Joe
