<p>yeah, i know. if they expect too much, i can’t do anything about it. i’m hoping for the aid to not change much because of the EFC thing, but i’m always prepared for bad news. this financial aid process has been one difficulty after another, especially because of my special circumstances</p>
<p>If the EFC decreased as the result of the DRT, it means that your original FAFSA income/tax info was incorrect. When you did the DRT, the numbers were updated to the correct numbers … and you ended up coming out better as a result. As you suspected, sometimes it doesn’t work out that way. </p>
