Hi, I’m currently a senior at a high school and I was wondering if UCs take retake grades. I received a D in algebra 2 during my sophomore year for one of the semesters. I retook the class during that summer to make up the grade. I received a B. Do UCs accept the B or am I now not even qualified? Please Help. Thank you.
For the UC’s, you have to report the D and the B, but they will include your repeat grade B into your UC GPA calculation. Yes, you are qualified as long as you have passed all your a-g courses (including the repeat).
