Failed UVM course, now what

DS thinks he failed a class and now we need a plan.

  1. We know he can’t move to the next class in the sequence.
  2. After reading UVM policy, we are unclear on GPA impact. If he takes at another school, it is clear the repeated course will not count in removing a fail in the GPA. But, what if he retakes at UVM?

I would call the college your student is in and ask the student services folks. Another option is to call the registrars office and see what they recommend.
