<p>ok so i want to major in bio....but i got a B both semesters in the class and its HARD! and the teacher doesnt teach....
and 2 on the AP....this puts me at a HUGE disadvantage and i know that and i know i shouldnt really blame the teacher...but i really like and enjoy bio but grrr
wat if i get an 800 on bio SATII would that make up for it somewat?

<p>Honestly…if you got a 2 on the AP, an 800 on the SAT iis is not gonna happen unless you want to lose your soul/social life
yes the 2 puts you at a disadvantage UNLESS you just had a crappy day and were dying during the test
the B doesn’t say much cuz if it’s a hard class in your school, then a B is very very good. if it’s an easy class and you were the only B, then…that’s pretty bad
anyway…are you GOOD at bio? or do you just like it?
if the 2 was a fluke then go for the 800 and just say you were sick/dying</p>
<p>Well, a lot of colleges only look @ AP scores for placement issues. I would take the Subject test if you’re confident that you will prep enough to get a good score. A ‘B’ in a hard AP class is good :)</p>

many ppl got Cs in the class, some As, and many Bs…
plus i think i was like burnt out from AP testing…with 5 other tests…idk wat happened it just did not go well…=/
but if i dont put the 2 on college apps…will that look bad? or should i put it?

<p>all I can say about that is there is definitely a space where the app asks you about it, and your high school transcript will say you took the class, so the college might wonder why you didn’t report a score.
then again, they might not even notice.

…btw, at my school, Bio is ridiculously hard as well so a lot of people are in the same situation you’re in.</p>
