<p>^Alcohol was readily available at frat parties, however, it was in the form of lukewarm ditchwater known as Keystone Light. Cornell limits the proof of alcohol allowed to be served at frats, so there’s no liquor or “good” beer available at open parties. Keystone Light is like 2 proof so a gallon of it won’t really dent your sobriety.</p>
<p>Tons of kids had fake IDs. The liquor stores and some of the bars carded fairly hard however, which limited the usefulness of such an expensive and risky investment. I personally saw no point in going to the bars unless my friends could all get in too, so being the only one with a fake didn’t appeal to me.</p>
