Fall '14 - Temple U's Fox School of Business for International Business

Hello all,
I'm a Rutgers-Camden first year undergrad looking to transfer OOS to Temple University's school of business and I have a few questions that hopefully someone could answer or give advice on.
More about me-
-My high school was fairly competitive and I was not particularly outstanding with a 3.2 weighted gpa, but I have a resume full of extra-curriculars, a part-time job, AP classes etc.
-I have 12 credits so far (one of my classes was a pre-req.), with an accumulated 4.0 gpa (putting me on the dean's list.)
-My tuition is covered this year for both fall and spring semester, the fact that I commute helps.
-I want to major in International Business at Temple. I am fluent in a language I speak at home and am very decent at French.

Could you "chance" me as a transfer student coming Fall 2014? Their transfer cut-off is at 15 credits, I have 12 with 15 pending (because Spring semester is still in progress). Not sure if they would be lenient.

I would really need a substantial amount of financial aid, housing and OOS tuition counts against me so far and Temple does not seem to have many scholarships and grant opportunities for transfers (correct me if I'm wrong). But does Temple's business school seem to be "worth it", as it comes to the high tuition for an OOS transfer?

The Temple business school appears to be climbing up in the ranks, but I want to hear more on personal experience with Temple's business school... particularly on information about finding a career post-graduation.

I took and am taking all gen-ed courses, has anyone ever had trouble transferring their credits from one institution to Temple? How are they when it comes to transferring credits over, I am curious and am nervous about whether or not I just wasted this year (if, the credits don't count that is.)
