Fall 2007 Schedule

Hi

So currently I'm registered for these classes

Physics 41L
Math 103X
Russian 49S
CS 100 <--

In order to make changes before school starts,
I have 12 days to decide between CS 100 and
Spanish 63 (the open sections fit my schedule).
For now (until the school starts), I'm definite on taking
other 3 classes.

The problem is that I am unsure whether I can handle the
current schedule with Math 103X (instead of 103) doubled up w/
CS 100.

But if I don't take CS100 this fall, the earliest I would be able to
take it would be the Fall of sophomore year (b/c I know
I can't take it in the Spring; not w/ Linear Algebra, which
I'm definitely taking). Plus, I want to try CS to see if I want
to minor (or maybe major) in it.

On the other hand, I am not in a hurry with Spanish.
And it's not essential that I take it this year.

Although I'm worried about workload either way,
Spanish 63 or CS 100, I was wondering whether I can
receive some helpful suggestions.

To current or former students: Can you please help me out on
whether I should take Spanish or CS?

Thank you!

dont do spanish and russian if the seminar is taught in russian. stick with cs

oo the seminar is not taught in Russian it's actually a russian
literature class - reading Brothers karamazov and War& Peace
(there's a chance that I may drop it if it seems like too much work)

(I don't know any russian at all :)

in that case what do you suggest?

take CS - its straight forward and a relatively easy A-
