pick - mechanical engineering

biochemistry

I was thinking of going undeclared. Does declaring a major within L&S really make that much of a difference freshman year since you're mostly just completing GEs?

Yes, quite a few people have assumed that I'm in college, regardless of the 'chances'/help I've suggested. I've never been sure why.

Tell me: do you need to have gone through the admissions process to know anything about it? No, you don't. I've been on this site for quite a while (longer than my profile date will say, as I've had past accounts), seen multiple admissions cycles, sifted through thousands of posts and threads, etc. There are many like me -- for example, parents -- who are just as knowledgeable. If I don't know something, I don't assert it. Simple as that. And there are plenty of people who've gone through the process who don't know squat about it. So your logic is flawed.
