im freaking out cause i never got that email, and im worrying my butt off if i messed up accidentally.
i submitted all my stuff online, and everything was verified before the end of November, but my credit card didn’t work and they billed me something in the mail.
i sent a check, and i’m pretty sure they got it, but what if they didnt??
i should have verified over the phone, but they sent me a receipt that said they got it.

<p>you probably didnt get the email because you probably didnt send your counselor and email asking when we would hear back. </p>
<p>also, they will process your application no matter what, they say that on the website.</p>
<p>No myusername2 I did not email my counselor to ask when I would hear. She sent me an email about something else and added that to the end of the email.</p>
<p>The sending of acceptances on a Saturday when the offices are closed for two days reminds me of then my kids where small and the elementary schools sent out their magnet school acceptances or teacher assignments- In our town of helicopter parents, we’d hear the friday before Labor day to cut down on the ranting complaints and questioning.</p>
<p>Nothing has changed…my high school tells us our teachers the morning of the new semester so students/parents won’t complain about the teachers they got. We found out at 8:45 this morning and had to be in first period by 9:02.</p>
<p>Ahhh sooo nervous. I hope they send out scholarship info too–my parents are making me go to my own state school unless I get significant scholarships elsewhere, and I can’t bear staying in NJ any longer :/</p>
<p>bandgeek^hah! I hope you can escape from New jersey and get a bucketload of cash. You apply to College of NJ? I have a cousin there and they say it is the most under rated, beautiful school in the tri-state?</p>

<p>Bandgeek I agree with you I need to get out of nj lol. The college of new jersey is a very good school especially for the instate price but it lacks a strong national reputation n recognition out of new jersey.</p>
<p>I bet they notify us friday night right before they close for the weekend hoping to avoid the hysterics</p>

<p>my brother got his on a friday 3 years ago (…in february) (it was his birthday thats why we remember haha)</p>
<p>@cammac 3 years ago the deadline for priority decision was December 1st (or Dec. something) so that’s why he got it in Feb.</p>
<p>Hope all the snow doesn’t mess up the notifications. Do U think they’re just rolled out by the system or that the admissions guys have to press a RED BUTTON?</p>
