I’m pretty sure that’s not the case. Look at it this way: there’s no way UCSD can call everyone within those few days. There are too many of us. I’m sure it’s by email and portal. I think it’s only a small group of kids who get those calls and are completely random.

You know, for some reason, I find less excitement and less official when being rejected/accepted online or by phone. Maybe that’s just me. I like to get my answers by mail on paper, where I can touch it and see it myself with my own eyes.

The University of Washington only lets applicants know through letters(: It was far more exciting ripping open that envelope than opening an email :P

ahhh… still expecting the worst after I got rejected from UCLA like a f**king boss, that pretty much killed my hopes… although I feel I shouldn’t be so pessimistic.

I do live in Washington(:
UC Santa Cruz does for sure and I’ve been accepted. Problem is paying for it and my parents and such aren’t crazy about UCSC. They’re kinda bias toward UW :P

same here, only uc’s, and sdsu @UC123cali … … doesnt sound good in my case. i hope they stuck to their “random” method and still have some acceptances left.
