<p>I’m chalking it up to the ungodly amount of applicants, but really some of the stats here shouldn’t have been rejected. What the hell, UCSD. </p>
<p>I can understand UCLA rejecting top-notch applicants but this is slightly fishy. Oh well, at least I have UMich.</p>

<p>I was on track to meet statewide eligibility. My school has a lot of competitive applicants but I still do not understand. Do you guys think I will be able to appeal having taken 5 APs Senior year and getting a 5.0 gpa for 2 trimesters so far?</p>

the UC system does not take into account senior grades… and UCSD admits students based on a point system, so perhaps your extracirricular activities were not stellar?</p>
