<p>Don’t get discouraged. I was trying to make logic of this the other day. How is it possible to sort through EVERY SINGLE application in such a short time unless they have several full-time people focusing on it for weeks? There’s got to be some method to the madness. Maybe they do it in waves? I’m keeping my hopes up until I get the rejection. Even if I get wait-listed I’m not giving up hope until it is absolutely clear I’m not going to Cal Poly in the Fall.</p>
<p>That’s true. Until they tell me I’m rejected I can still have some hope that I’ve been accepted. I just got to have faith I guess :)</p>

<p>:-D Gotta’ keep the optimism! We all very likely deserve to get in. Even if we don’t, it’s probably not due to a lack of effort or ability (at least that’s what I tell myself to keep from going mad).</p>
<p>I just talked to someone in admissions. He says it is a 3 week process and that it does not mean we have been rejected if we have not heard yet. Not sure if he was trying to me nice to me or telling me the truth. Other glimmer of hope is that other students have been accepted with lower stats than mine and Cal Poly puts a lot of emphasis on numbers…</p>

<p>33dmjjm-your stats are great. Mine are not like yours but I think they are in the cal-poly ballpark for business. I did see a business major get accepted with the exact same stats as me. Anyway, seeing your stats with no answer gives me hope because I can not believe you would not get in.</p>
