<p>Your registration is the earliest pass time that is open for you.</p>
<p>So, in your case, you may start signing up for classes on 01 September.</p>
<p>(**Make sure to sign up RIGHT when you pass time starts. . .or else, classes may fill up fast. . .)</p>
<p>UCSB actually has early registration for students with children, so I’m going to send that in ASAP.</p>
