Fall 2013 Housing Reservation Fee ?!?!

I paid my $500 enrollment deposit and I completed my housing application/survey, but I still have to pay my housing reservation fee. I've been trying to pay it for the past few days but I can't figure out how. I've been following the instructions step by step, but I can't find the Student Center on Albert, so I can't access the NYU eSuite either, which is where I need to pay the fee.

I tried calling them but the office was already closed. Apparently they close at 5pm, but I won't get home until 6 today so I won't be able to call them. The deposit is due tomorrow!!

I know I am procrastinating big time, but I have my excuses.

Is anyone else having this problem?

The Bursars office stays opens little later on certain days- not sure about today try calling them when you get home. That’s who handles the money part of things. Also, perhaps you could try calling either housing or the bursar during a lunch break? If you are paying by electronic check or credit card you should be ok but if you need to wire transfer money you may need to take care of this today. Also, it takes the system about 12-24 hours to update so once you pay the deposit it may take a day to show up in the housing office’s system. Have you already tried to submit your housing form?

I’m having the same problem too! any updates??

Try going to nyu home. Sign in and at the top if the page there is something called channels. You can add a channel entitled housing. Then Click on that and see if that leads you to the page to make a deposit.

Thank for for your reply! Thankfully I got home at around 4:50 and called them right away haha. They just told me to wait a while, just like you said. I checked a few hours ago and now the link to pay the deposit appears on my Albert page. Phew

Yeah, you just need to wait 24-48 hours after you submit your enrollment deposit for the housing link to show up on your Albert page. It should be up soon. If it doesn’t appear by tomorrow at noon, call them!
