Fall 2014, anybody got any decision yet?

OmG…I have been waiting for one month now, no decision yet. My SSC keeps telling me “We have now received all of the documentation required to proceed with an evaluation of your application. This can take some time and we thank you for your patience. We will provide you with an update as soon as we can. You can continue to check the status of your application here on the Student Service Centre”. I just wanna know if anybody has received a decision yet!!! please release this tension from me :((

i got into science like two days after i applied (i applied the day of the deadline) and i got into sauder about 1 month after i applied, so they have definitely started releasing decisions! Good luck!!

wow you kidding me…Congrats…I better start calling that admission board. Why the irregularities??? I have waited like one month now!! what are your results??

Nobody Else??? Are we just two planning on UBC???

Ah, I don’t know about UBC, I have applied to Sauder with a 97% GPA with good recs, hopefuly I get in

@nutter398. I wish you good luck…hope you get in, but I’m still waiting too

Rejected from Sauder, this was my top choice and one of my crapshoots. I had a 2.94 GPA UW 3.88 W 29 ACT, two 5s out of the 2 APs I took so far. Virtually nonexistent ECs. I’ll apply again as a transfer next year.

Congrats to those who got in

@Cannabinoid. Hey keep calm, its not bad. Hope I already had a decision like you cuz right now I’m still in the dark. Where are you heading to? I mean like which college are in now?

I’m an applicant from the U.S. And a Canadian citizen, And I applied back in feb, a couple days before the due date. Does anyone know when I’ll get a letter back from UBC? I read somewhere that they send their offers out in May-ish but that’s when I have to accept an offer by. If anyone could help it would be great!

@Canada1: My D just received her admissions decision today. She applied around Nov. 2013.
You may want to contact the admissions & express your urgency with regards to May 1 deadline. If you don’t feel comfortable talking to the admissions, please fill out 3rd party authorization that would allow your parents/guardians or friend to speak on your behalf. UBC admissions follows the confidentiality guidelines strictly. Also, if you have not done already, send them your transcript for the 7th semester; in addition, scan in the transcript, so it can be visible to admissions . Note that the cross border postal delivery takes a week (or more) from US to Canada.
