<p>This is for everyone that applied/is applying for the Fall 2014 semester at FIT. Naturally, I thought this would be a great idea for us to congregate and encourage one another through the dreadfully slow waiting game.</p>
<p>Well about me: </p>
<p>I'm 25, male, first year FMM applicant (though I'm considered a transfer because of college and ap classes). I completed my application sometime during the first week of october and I attended the open house.</p>

<p>I’m an applicant! I checked my status on MyFit and it said that my portfolio was reviewed on Feb 5… that’s only four days after I submitted it! I’m so scared lol. I’m guessing that they’re reviewing the rest of my application right now and that I should be getting a letter soon… hopefully. I can barely breathe. </p>
<p>Hopefully more people will join this thread. I’d rather be nervous with others than be nervous on my own. @-) </p>

<p>Yeah I submitted my portfolio for Fashion Design on the morning of Feb. 1st.</p>
<p>I applied! When I view my application status, it says my portfolio/academic history etc weren’t received until Feb 3rd even though I had everything submitted by January 31st. They also apparently haven’t received my transcripts yet, even though they were sent from my school in early Jan. I hope this doesn’t affect anything ://</p>
<p>I applied and had my portfolio reviewed January 26th (five days after they received my portfolio) for fashion design and I’m dying waiting for a decision

<p>Ahhhh I was just going through my portfolio (which was submitted like 3 weeks ago) and realized that somehow one of the 6 files for my design test wasn’t uploaded :(( I can’t believe I didn’t notice this before!! I’m trying to tell myself that photography is one of the less competitive majors so maybe I still have a shot but I don’t know

<p>I recieved a letter/brochure from FIT and my mom thought it was an acceptance/rejection letter but no it was about financial aid. The wait is indeed horrible. </p>

I just checked my application status and nothing has been updated. I’m counting down the days until April 1st!
