<p>I was tricked today. Came home and saw a big envelope. Got excited, turned it around and it was for housing at my safety school… ugh! Anxiously waiting for the big envelope. Honestly, I think everything is random. Today I saw people who were accepted for interior design, fashion design, photography, textile/surface design, FMM and AMC. Last names were in a mixed order too. Apparently it was not going by the date of when one applied either. It’s frustrating, but it will be worth the wait. </p>
<p>I am nuts for keeping track, haha but it looks like that FIT sends out mail each Monday regarding acceptances. Next batch will probably here on the 17th. Good luck all!</p>
<p>@artsyfartsy96 it looks like they’re going in alphabetical order because I’ve seen people with last names ranging from A C and E getting their letters</p>
<p>is there any correlation in names with majors & location of applicants. For example interior design may be on the letter F while FMM is on A last names…idk, i’m just reaching here</p>

<p>@rockvt There is an unofficial group for prospective students on Facebook. It is not administered by the college, but we all joined since it seems to be the only group at the time.</p>
<p>@thercbray @transferappfit That is what I thought too. I keep referring back to this group, but I’ve seen a mix of last names. For example, R last names were accepted into a few majors. I’m D and I’ve heard nothing back yet. </p>

<p>On Monday the 3rd, FIT send emails. This past Monday, they sent the envelopes. They probably weren’t ready to send them so early. I don’t care what I get, but the packet would be a nice surprise since it seems official. </p>

<p>@kflowers14 yeah, they’re getting the packets today. @dionna said that when her and her daughter went to the admissions tour 2 weeks ago they were making decisions and a counselor stated that they were sending decisions out earlier than April 1st</p>
