<p>I still haven’t gotten anything, getting worried. I only have the ELM on my to-do list but they said that i could take it before or after I get admitted.</p>
<p>Has anyone who applied as a Sociology major heard back yet? I applied for the social work subplan/option and have yet to hear back from CPP. It is an impacted major. I read this entire thread and have not seen anyone post anything about this major.</p>
<p>They requested my transcripts to be turned in by January 31st and I provided them. My to-do list has cleared and my admission status still says complete and only shows application received. I have not received any emails from CPP other than the one on applying for scholarships since then.</p>
<p>I’m an upper-division transfer student and my GPA isn’t the greatest. I have a 2.96 and know my chances are slim in getting in. Just want to know if anyone has been accepted or denied for Sociology yet.</p>
<p>I’ve read the whole thread too. I haven’t seen any posts for your major. My D is a biology major, freshman applicant. She hasn’t heard anything either. I hope you hear good news soon.</p>

<p>I have a 3.08 gpa with a 19 on the ACT but i think CSUs superscore so it would be a 20. </p>

Last year I applied to CPP for the Sociology: Social Work option, but I didn’t get in. I had a 3.08 gpa last year. ):
But I ended up going into Psychology because my aunt is working for the county and told me social workers either majored in sociology, psychology, or social work. And this year I was able to get into CPP with a Psychology major. (Psychology is also impacted.) (:</p>

<p>Just got an email telling me that I was accepted into the honors college! The only thing that’s bugging me is that I’ve already signed up for orientation, but it looks like they have a orientation date for honors kids…so I’ll probably have to end up changing it…oh well…super pumped anyway! </p>
