I am really SORRY, but I am going to post this again.
Congrats to those who got accepted. :-bd
CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE POST YOUR FULL STATS IF YOU GOT ACCEPTED EVEN IF YOU HAVE THEM POSTED SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE THREAD??? :ar!
It will make things easier for those of us who are still waiting. It takes time to dig into the previous posts.
BTW ANYONE GOT ACCEPTED INTO THEIR SECOND CHOICE OF MAJOR??? :-/

i got into my second chem e with 3.91 , 40+credits and 2 lor

can somebody explain this NOTE: Before you accept admission, you should be aware that you will be allowed to request a major change only once after you are admitted, before you enroll. Your request may not be granted, and you will not have another opportunity to attempt to change majors until after the 12th class day of the spring semester.

Can i ask for my first choice again if i got into my second?

I’m still waiting on CNS :(

CNS seems to be taking a long time. May be they had a ton of applicants this time. Still waiting on CNS and COLA.
If your application is on file for a long time does that mean your chances of getting in are slim. I know Dee said somewhere in the beginning it’s the other way but what do you think?
BTW I AM SORRY FOR POSTING THIS FOR THE THIRD TIME. PLEASE PLEASE POST YOUR FULL STATS IF YOU GOT ACCEPTED EVEN IF YOU POSTED THEM EARLIER IN THE THREAD. :o3

@rice00princess I think it means that you weren’t an auto-reject (although I haven’t really seen anyone post saying they’ve been denied yet…), so at least they are going to consider your application. For applicants that have a GPA on the borderline of too low, that’s a plus because they will look at your application as a whole (meaning they’ll consider your essays, extra curriculars, and work experience etc.) which may boost your chances.

@rice00princess‌ I think it can go both ways. I had a friend get rejected Monday to COLA before anyone started posting their acceptances. I also heard that the better your stats are the sooner you hear back. Usually those are priority people. Then average people start hearing. I too am waiting on CNS.
