Major: Zoology GPA: 3.7 (but bound to drop after this semester)

I was just giving an honest opinion. So you’re gonna bash everyone whos gonna give you an honest answer? I’m not exactly sure, but I think its just as hard to get into csulb than san diego state. </p>
<p>@kaislinn91- the truth isn’t always pleasant, and sadly miracles don’t happen unless you have a high enough GPA. Congrats on getting wait listed at CSULB! I got rejected from CSULB with a 3.4 
They really cut back this year. @iceage1 may not be “god” but it really isn’t hard to predict your chances. You either have the grades/scores or you don’t.</p>
<p>All my friends are telling me to be patient and all we can do now is just wait.
No need to rush things, they will give you a answer, eventually.</p>

<p>I dropped by the campus today to turn in my transcripts (I really don’t trust the postal service with this). The campus is beautiful. I really like how they incorporate scenic routes between places like the Japanese Garden and Rose Garden… Along with all of the grass and plants they have. It’s really kept up! Great for those who appreciate nature. It’s probably my ~15th time I’ve been there and I get more impressed every time.</p>

<p>Got into CSULB for MechE. Still waiting on Pomona. 3.57 GPA (got mostly B’s in my GE’s…stupid freshman), all required and recommended courses completed. Coming from SOCCCD.</p>
<p>Application “complete.” No to-do items. Got some emails about fin-aid.</p>
<p>Just saw my bronco direct and the status changed from admitted to incomplete. </p>
<p>I think from this point on we just pay attention to the to do list. If you check your actual admission status, it will still say provisional admit. Don’t worry…</p>

<p>@iceage1- for CSULB? Business administration. I had a idea on why I was rejected. Impacted major, not a high enough GPA and sat score with a 1600(M+R+W) is just avg. This year they had a lot of applicants and I would imagine that with these avg scores a lot of people had similar or better scores than me.</p>

<p>@iceage1 I’m not bashing you, I just don’t like negativity about it. I’ve heard people with lower than 3.0 getting in. It’s pretty crazy, but it’s not impossible. So I’m just saying, I wasn’t asking about my chances. My friend got into cpp last year with a 3.1 </p>
<p>@2vivie, dang sorry about your rejection. was that your first choice? And as a freshman I heard it’s hard to get into schools, I’m a transfer so that’s probably why I at least got wait listed. </p>
