Fall 2014 Transfers

Accepted to SAS and SEBS on 03/05, 3.94 GPA at a NJ CC (A.S. in Natural Sciences and Mathematics, General).

I go to community college. I have 3.36 GPA, with 47 Credits (3.7 GPA last semester). I applied and got everything in by Jan 15th, but still no response yet. Getting scared…

Also got accepted 3/15. GPA 3.1. Couldn’t be any happier. Congrats to the people before me!

Got accepted 3/5 to SAS- sociology & economics major. GPA 3.8. Congrats everyone!

I was admitted on 03/19 to RU-New Brunswick. The application was submitted on 02/01, the last day. All my credentials were recieved by 02/06. I’m a NJ CC student with a GPA of 4.0 and 15 credits.

I also applied for UT Austin, their decisions will be made around June. However, I have to reply the RU offer by May. My question is, if I accept the RU offer, will my UT Austin application be directly withdrawn by UT Admission office? Do universities share data? I have no idea what I should do next step.

Thanks.

Congratulations to everyone who has been accepted!

Is anyone planning to dorm on College Ave.?

@RUMike me! I applied for the special interest transfer community on college ave and I’m hoping I get it

I’ve never heard of it. Is that basically a residential hall where all transfers go to?

@RUMike It’s basically just a floor in one of the residential buildings on college ave that houses transfer students and you have to go to meetings and stuff I guess to help everyone get to know each other

@cynthiaax333 oh that’s pretty cool, good to know. I choice that on the application now but I might be already too late. What school are you transferring from?

I got accepted. 3.4 GPA 50 Credits. Now I am looking for roommates!

Is anybody here Phi Theta Kappa? Has anyone heard anything about the transfer scholarships?
