If they’re sending out decisions weekly and @ilyVMxi23 got their acceptance last Friday. Then hopefully one of us gets the good news today! I’ve also been checking practically everyday!! I haven’t been asked for transcripts and my status has been ‘ready for decision’ since foreverrrrr. haha its so worrying to not see any changes, but I totally think that one of us will get lucky today! I hope lol
I’ve heard that impacted majors get their decision much later than non-impacted majors, but that’s hearsay.

@ilyVmxi23 Did they also send you an email notifying you of your acceptance? I keep checking Bronco Direct everyday but I wonder if they’ll also notify me through email once they have decided whether to accept/deny me.
For reference, I am an English major, applied with a 2.88 GPA (although it is now 3.01 after last semester), and I’m a senior at SFSU. What do you think my chances are? I’m thinking it’s a reach since my GPA is unimpressive + I am already a CSU student.
@ilyVMxi23 GPA was a 3.22, allan hancock community college, finishing my AS-T this semester. Took all required courses except business calculus. Business Administration-HR management option would be my Major

I am hoping most of us will hear something by the of this month.Since i was rejected once, i am hoping all this waiting will turn into something positive.I have completed all my requirements and i am not finding any reason to be rejected again ,since last time the capacity was the issue so i couldn’t get in. If you guys get any updates please post it on here so we get the idea where we are standing.

@arbig23 same, I was rejected last fall, but this semester I have all the classes completed so I am hoping for better news. If i remember correctly, at that time, the decisions was made around April.

@MIssGish indeedly-doo, same as this fall, Computer Science. If i remember correctly, they sent me rejection email a week or so since the first day I found on ‘Broncodirect’ that I wasn’t admitted.
for those that have been asked for their transcripts, have you had any word of it being received? i sent mine in through the school’s online service (as in they mail it to cpp) and i still have the status of “initiated” despite having it postmarked 1/23/14 when the due date was 1/31/14.
i called the admissions office and they said they are still receiving transcripts so i might have to wait a few weeks.

I sent from two different schools around 1/10. One of them was updated on bronco direct 1/26 and the other wasn’t so I drove down there and dropped it off 1/30. It still hasn’t cleared but I called and they said it can take from 2 weeks to a month. Hopefully it doesn’t affect my admittance…
@Caroo25 and @mestudent1, as long as whenever you sent it was postmarked by the due date, then you should be okay. I’d say start checking back after 2-3 weeks, since that’s generally how long the processing takes to go through, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it took longer, so don’t worry too much yet.
@caroo25 i took mine on 1/28 and it hasnt cleared yet, it still says needs documents. of course i called the school and they said it takes a long time to update
