do we know if they are releasing by school? by date of application? by yes/no?

@revmatching I am kind of an unusual case. There aren’t a lot of candidates to really compare to me, which I tried to leverage in my favor. But here it is:
29 y/o white female
Dropped out and got my GED at 16 - don’t even know my HS GPA, probably somewhere in the low 2s?
Worked as an EMT in Seattle for 4 yrs
Volunteer work in India and Kenya
Lived/worked in Mexico, speak decent Spanish
Started school full time 2 years ago at Community College of Denver, 3.94 GPA with 50 credits
@Cloudy206 did you apply to Georgetown/get in also?
@revmatching I did apply to Georgetown and I did not get in.
Same here. That lends credence to the junior college theory of my denial. I’m also a very unusual case.
Also, the admissions site is back up with no changes for me.
That was my theory as well. I think some schools just want people “straight from the mill”, so to speak. Which is fine with me - students like us bring a lot to the table, and those schools are missing out. I firmly believe everything works out the way it’s supposed to and I’m super excited about going to GW!

The unique student should be a better grad school applicant anyways. It’s simply not possible for a student to go to a 4 year school directly out of high school for a year or 2 and be more qualified.
i do not have the liberty to disparage georgetown, my uncle went there. but i am hopeful to get in there for grad school

Today has brought no news! Has anyone else heard anything?
I’m on pacific time and was hoping to see some change this morning. Still nothing.
well the past few days they seemed to release decisions at around 6pm eastern time… so my guess is thats when they will release the (hopefully) last batch, and this ordeal will be complete
so… anyone hear anything today?
Nope. I don’t understand how they’re doing housing assignments and yet we don’t know yet.
