Hey guys. I haven’t received my letter yet, but I believe the local area that OP refers to is the local admission area guarantee. This has nothing to do with where your live, but if you attend a local CCC. In this case, it would be citrus, mt. SAC, and maybe Rio hondo. Hope this helps

Got provisional admit today.
From CC in Bay Area, and completed 1 semester at SFSU.
Overall GPA : 3.47, all requirements for Business Adm. completed.
Long Beach my choice #1, still waiting for the answer.
