Are you guys potentially choosing NE over BU?
@JavaCoco I was accepted to CCIS on Friday. Don’t worry if you haven’t gotten in yet, hopefully next batch will be the one for you Best of luck to everyone!
@Sxsxjx Yeah, NE is my first choice, but was accepted into BU yesterday.
@Sxsxjx I got accepted to both and I’m choosing NEU over BU because the co-op program is really one of a kind and unbeatable
My only problem with NE compared to BU is BU’s prestige and reputation being far greater
I mean… I understand that NE is rising in the ranks and rep, especially with co-op but BU is just historically prestigious whereas NE seems kinda on the rise currently
@eternaldream what are your stats?
Their co-op program will matter more than BU’s name… And BU is too traditional for me.
@Giraffing What are your stats? I’m curious if a BU acceptance is a good sign for an NEU acceptance.

@Giraffing lol not as good as those stats, but fingers crossed
So the one concerning thing for me is that on my admission’s decision letter is said “we are pleased to offer you admission to the 119th entering class”. If I am correct, that would mean that is the class of 2020?
@gwill819 I’mpretty sure that just means we’re the 119th group of students to be starting in the Fall because it says “entering class”
@JavaCoco same haha
I dropped out of high school because of a major concussion, so I had to be a major over achiever the last two years to make up for it. I had zero social life…
@giraffing Oh man that’s horrible! I’m so glad your hard work paid off though
