@matrix829 Congrats!!! Do you mind showing us how the acceptance page or letter is like?
@owenrider The letter starts with “Congratulations…” and is pretty standard; the packet they send in the mail contains some general information and a timeline for accepting the offer (3 weeks from decision date)
Maaan this is only the 4th wave of decisions but it’s still brutal not hearing back yet lol. I mean I would wait until the day before classes if that meant getting an acceptance
but yeah.
Congrats to all those accepted thus far tho
@WayTooTilted Thank you!!! When did you receive the mail after you get to know your decision online? Or did you get the mail first?
@WayTooTilted for sure we only have three weeks to decide?
@cheesecake51 Yup, gonna try to negotiate an extension if I don’t hear back from any schools next week (still waiting on 10+ decisions)
@owenrider Got an email first saying an update had been posted to my portal then the packet by US mail 3-4 business days later
@WayTooTilted wait I never had to make a portal???
@wildcat333 You don’t, but by portal, I meant the log-in info they send you in the email.
I guess today’s wave is over?
@owenrider thanks!!! best of luck to you and everyone else and yeh the letter is pretty standard
Accepted yesterday to McCormick for computer science!
Got rejected yesterday. Good luck to those who havent heard back!!
Anybody accepted today?
if there’s a wave today, it should have come out or will be coming out soon
Did no one hear today? That’s strange. Usually people will post after 6:15 on a Wednesday…maybe there will be decisions released tomorrow instead
Maybe they’re going to space them out a week or two in waiting for final grades? I don’t even have finals until next week but I know some schools finish sooner.
For all those accepted we have a facebook group for 2016 Fall Transfers:
