FALL 2016 UCLA OFFICIAL TRANSFER THREAD

@ricardomata83 You logged into the UCLA portal for students or the UCLA Admission Status page?

UCLA Admission Decisions. @Edirol

I used to have the standard “Application Received” message. Now it can’t find my information.

@ricardomata83 Thats very odd that it would go from a standard Application received message to nothing… you should contact them now before they close?

I can still login; nothing changed

@ricardomata83 Tried to log on as well and got the same notification.

@ricardomata83 that’s so weird. I just logged in and nothing has changed. you might want to contact them!

I just logged into the decisions site and my status still reads “application recieved”. It’s most likely a glitch. That happened to me once a few weeks ago. Don’t worry it’ll come back in time for your decision . . . Hopefully :stuck_out_tongue:

It is a must that decisions will be posted tomorrow: It cannot be the last few days of April as the STOMP transfer conference’s registration deadline is on 27th Apr.

Damn, yeah, nothing can be found. I really can’t call them - I’m @ work.
I’ll just check back in a few hours.

EDIT Back to normal Received message - ok, I’m done checking until tomorrow. lol

“We’re sorry, but we were not able to find a record that matched the login information you entered. Please try again.” o____o

Nevermind! Figured out the problem. Don’t copy and paste your application ID, just manually type it in.

Just called admissions because I trust no one

Me: “Hi, what day is admissions releasing decisions for undergraduate transfer applicants?”

Her: “Transfer decisions will be out tomorrow.”

So-- if we get no responses tomorrow, I will personally go to admissions and find this lady that I spoke to at 2:37 pm and set her in her place… by BAWLING MY EYES OUT. PLEADING FOR AN ANSWER.

anyone knows the admission rate from a 4 year out of state university to a UC school (transfer)?

@BigPanda yeah UCB is my top choice. The chance to live a BART ride away from SF is my dream.

Do any of you guys know if rejection letters will be out tomorrow also?

You will either get rejected or accepted tomorrow.

Tomorrow I have 3 exams and a 3 and a half hour lecture to get through without feeling like screaming or being permanently attached to my laptop constantly refreshing a bunch of admissions portals.

Does anyone know what percentage, on average, of transfer applicants are honors TAP Certified through their community college? Specifically for UCLA

TOMORROW IS IT PEOPLE. ALL THAT WE HAVE WORKED AND WAITED FOR WILL BE DECIDED TOMORROW!!!

ahhh I’m so ANXIOUS/NERVOUS/EXCITED for tomorrow that i will be paying more attention my laptop then my class haha.
